  • Characteristic

After the dormant winter period, the vines returned to life in clement, warm and dry conditions. At the end of June, the weather changed, becoming cool and damp, but ripening continued nonetheless. The return of the sun and a northerly wind - the signature of September in the Bourgogne wine region - led to ideal conditions for the vines to reach full maturity. Picking began in mid-September in a serene and sunny atmosphere.

  • Wine-food pairing

Poultry in sauce or veal fried with mushrooms, foie gras, lobster, crawfish, grilled or fried sea-fish, goat cheeses, reblochon, brie de meaux

  • Tasting note

Very elegant nose with perfect balance in between minerality, citrus, white flowers, and citrus notes. To be noticed as well is a slight and sophisticated iody / salty taste on the nose. In the mouth, perfect balance with long lasting finish with mineral, fine and delicate citrus aromas. A noble white wine from Burgundy with its typical crispy acidity combined with citrusy notes and minerality.
